This is a rumination on one of my favorite pastimes…observing the colors of water. When viewing the sea, a lake, or a small pond, I’m almost immediately transported to a blissful and joyful state. I am fascinated by the minute by minute changing kaleidoscope of hues, a color story evolving in front of our eyes. The colors of water may be in shades of beautiful blues and greens, becoming darker or lighter from the absorption of light from the moving sun or a darkening sky. The seagull and I sat on a rock watching an indigo sea dancing in front of<\/em> copper toned cliffs near Mazzaro, Sicily.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n
