POWER OF THE PHOTOGRAPH…FAVORITES CLOSE TO HOME

This is the first in a series of photographs which hold a special and very personal meaning for me. Each has a unique story to tell and make me happy. I chose to start which photos close to home. In the future I’ll post powerful photos from some of my favorite places around the world. I bought my first camera in the 7th grade and have been enthralled with visual imagery ever since. I’ve photographed family, intriguing locales, unique visual objet d’art,… and have even plunged into riots and demonstrations with my camera.

I’ve titled this photo…“Bliss.”

“Lunch at Barney’s Gourmet Burgers in Berkeley.”

“Seizing the day at Shangri La.”

“Anniversary dinner.”

“The introduction.”

“Young Man of Distinction, Logan, escorting debutantes at “Le Bal de Ballet.”

“Our special spot.” We sat at this exact spot when we were first dating.

“Two beauties.”

“Mom and her Girls.”

“Best friends.”

“Joyous afternoon on the Sonoma Coast.”

“The young caregivers.”

“Birthday girl.”

“Tiny umbrella.”

“Girl power.”

“Careful ladies, don’t spill your coffee!”

Fun at the Lawrence Museum of Science.”

“Falling golden leaves.”

“The sunset gardener.”

“Lunch in Hawi with family.”

“Marla’s love of nature.”

“The apprentice.”

“Safety first.”

“A moment of wonder.”

“Owen enjoys the photo gallery.”

“A chat on the trail.”

“Ice cave adventure.”

“Kate at sunset.”

“A wonderful memory in our old Wesco Fabrics’ showroom.” I miss the creativity and the connection with clients and friends.

“A lovely sunset in Vail.”
