Our beloved Kekoa died on May 1st, 2024. He was a son, brother, nephew, cousin, and uncle, and loved by many! He passed away on the eve of our departure for a family trip to the Big Island. He and my brother were going to stay with us in our condo rental at Mauna Lani Point. His spirit was with us every moment. I’ve included an assortment of photos of this special person. He was gifted with a truly kind spirit, a love of family, a good friend, and his favorites…the 49ers & the San Francisco Giants.

I miss this guy so much! We would “FaceTime” 2-3 times a month see each other at least once a year. Thank you, Kekoa, for the unique gifts you shared with us over the years!

I am so shocked and broken by this sad news. Kekoa was unique among men. I always looked for him in Target. He leaves a deep void in his wonderful and loving family, but I can see in looking thru the family album of pictures that he has a lasting place in their hearts and in the hearts of everyone who knew him. I’m so sad I won’t see him again. 💞

My deepest condolences to the Gentry Ohana. As a fellow fellow classmate of his at St. Joseph (Go Cardinals Class of ‘97!!) I am honored to have been blessed with his kind and gentle camaraderie throughout the years. He continued to show his kindness even after high school when we’d see each other in passing, mostly at Target, and his presence will be missed greatly. Aloha o’e Kekoa. Sent from heaven Class of ‘97!!!
