SINGAPORE IS ALWAYS FUN, ESPECIALLY AT THE MARINA BAY SANDS HOTEL

We arrived in Singapore after a 2 hour & 45 minute flight from Bali. Normally the Marina Bay Sands would not be my first hotel choice but I knew the Girls would love it. I was very surprised how much we all loved it. We were greeted by two staff members at the entrance and then escorted to our rooms. I must say the new room interiors are fabulous! The hotel features three 57-story towers crowned by the world’s largest infinity pool. There is a large casino, a very large shopping complex, great restaurants, a Science museum, and a theatre.

The hotel interiors are very dramatic!

We all were excited to visit Garden By The Bay, (https://www.marinabaysands.com/guides/around-mbs/gardens-by-the-bay.html) a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The current theme for Gardens by the Bay was the country of Turkey.

This was one of many sitting areas in the Gardens with Turkish motifs.

We loved all the beautiful flowers!

We got rained on walking to the Gardens.

Fascinating creations made out of wood!

Happy group photo!

One of the world’s tallest indoor, man-made waterfalls in the Cloud Forest.

The Girls took oodles of photos in the Cloud Forest.

Gorgeous tropical flowers.

There are walkways high up next to the waterfalls.

We spoiled the twins with a very expensive breakfast buffet at the Rise in the Marina Bay Sands. They felt special as we didn’t do this for their brothers or cousins on previous trips. It was very good!

The swimming pool on top of the Marina Bay Sands is for hotel guests only.

The twins loved the pool!

I must admit I was a little scared at first being up this high.

The window displays in the shopping center of the Marina Bay Sands are amazing! The Gentle Monster eyewear store has robotic faces which blink, turn, and change expressions in slow, smooth motions. Strange but mesmirizing! The Louis Vuitton window featured tiny trucks logos. The Moncler window had dazzling motion.

They loved their milkshakes and hamburgers at Black Tap.

Time for our final dinner in Singapore.

Marla happily enjoys a Kir Royale at Maison Boulud in the Shoppes at the Marina Bay Sands.

Marla and I shared a beautiful desert!

The twins love their ice cream!

An amazing flower arrangement next to the high-end watch boutiques.

I took this photo of an incredibly creative bench in the lobby of the hotel before our departure.

On our way to the last stop on our adventure…Hong Kong.
